Remove the xtos related IDC logic as its no longer used on Intel based configurations. This simplifies the code. Signed-off-by: Liam Girdwood <liam.r.girdwood@linux.intel.com>

IDC implementation has moved on with Zephyr on Intel platforms. Clean up and remove code to reflect that.
